MYT CARRIAGE SCREW ADJUSTMENT

Some of you might not be aware that the tightening lever on the carriage is adjustable. When we build the MYT Glide, we set the tightness to a set value but it is fully adjustable to the tension you’d like to have on the MYT Hi-hat. The tightening nut is located on the inside of the carriage frame. Counterclockwise tightens, Clockwise loosens. We don’t recommend to tighten it too hard and past a certain point, it also won’t add additional pressure. This was done purposefully as a safeguard for the clamp lever.
